Resurrect Fujitsu Scanners on Windows

I have been asked numerous times to help resurrect Fujitsu scanners on Windows. I have found that users install the latest drivers only to see it fail (they don’t make them like they used to) so I am asked to help. If you are in the same situation, kindly see below.
